Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Product Manager to oversee the entire product lifecycle for our innovative automotive products. The ideal candidate will blend market insight with business strategy to define the product vision and roadmap, drive development, and ensure a successful market launch. This role requires deep collaboration with business owner, design, marketing, and sales to deliver exceptional products that meet customer needs and align with company goals in a rapidly evolving industry.


Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and vision: Define and communicate a clear, multi-year product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic objectives and captures market trends. Manage market online outlets and build B2B product relationships with new clients.

  • Market analysis: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and anticipate market trends.

  • Product lifecycle management: Manage the product from concept to launch and post-launch optimization, including requirements gathering, development, and performance tracking.

  • Cross-functional leadership: Act as the central hub of communication for all vendors and the business owner.

  • Voice of the customer: Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to advocate for the end-user throughout the product development process.

  • Go-to-market execution: Develop and support go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing, and key messaging, to ensure successful product launches.

  • Data analysis and KPIs: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product performance, inform data-driven decisions, and ensure business goals are met.

  • Budget management: Manage budgets and resource allocation for product development, ensuring a balance positive growth margins.


Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.

  • [2+] years of experience in product management, preferably within the automotive or a related hardware/software industry.

  • A solid understanding of the automotive ecosystem. Have a strong passion for cars and business growth

  • Proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
